Isar Aerospace's Spectrum rocket reaches orbit from Norwegian spaceport, a European first

Isar Aerospace successfully launched its two-stage Spectrum rocket into low-Earth orbit from Andøya Spaceport in Norway on Saturday. The company, founded in 2018 by three students, became the first in Europe to achieve a fully commercial orbital launch. CEO Daniel Metzler said the achievement provides Europe with sovereign access to space and a competitive alternative in the launch market.
