Lebanon reports four dead as Israel retaliates for drone attack

Israeli air raids on southern Lebanon killed four people, including two women, according to Lebanon's health ministry. The Israeli military said the strikes were a response to two drones launched by Hezbollah toward its troops in a self-declared security zone. The attacks also wounded 20 others and damaged a hospital and a historical building in Nabatieh.
